1) We will not release any software backup performed by ourselves to third parties. Software backups performed by computer callout will remain the property of computer callout. Utilization of our backup software is entirely at the discretion of computer callout.
2) We reserve the right to protect our customer's best interests regarding any threat posed by malicious software. This may include the removal of applications, services or software we deem to be relevant under the circumstances.
3) We will remain in close communication with our customers throughout the course of a given repair to discuss with them the correct course of action, as determined by our operatives,and, if necessary, the appropriate pricing scale if it should alter as a result of ongoing work.
